Hello, Salaam. My name is Aisha Ishtiaq and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who understands firsthand how difficult the road to healing can be. I have over 10 years of experience working with teens, adults, couples, and families.

There are significant moments in our lives that change how we relate with ourselves and the world around us. Past experiences and traumatic events can continue to impact our daily life, making it hard at times for us to see our own value. I work with my clients to provide a space to allow for the exploration of the past and present trauma as well as learning how to heal oneself to live a more fulfilled life. My approach integrates the use of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness, and Childhood Attachment.
